How to Put Multiple Videos into One ZIP File

A multi-video ZIP turns a set of files into one downloadable, transferable archive. It does not automatically choose resolution or visual quality for each clip.

Organize the folder before archiving

Place one project in its own folder, number files by playback order, and remove temporary exports and duplicates. A clear structure is more useful to the recipient than random filenames.

  • Use names such as 01-intro.mp4 and 02-demo.mp4.
  • Match subtitle and video basenames.
  • Add a README with order and purpose.

Basic Windows and macOS steps

On Windows, select the folder and use the system ZIP/compressed-folder command. In macOS Finder, Control-click and choose Compress. Both create a local archive without uploading video to a website.

If the ZIP is still too large

That normally reflects already-compressed media, not a broken archive. Use tinyclip to create smaller MP4 files, approve each output, and then package the delivery versions with subtitles.

  • Never overwrite masters.
  • Record output resolution and preset.
  • Process long batches in groups to control browser load.

Validate before sending

Check archive bytes and naming, extract into a new test directory, and confirm that every video plays, subtitles match, and nothing is missing.
